Over the period under review, imports hit record highs in 2022 and are likely to see steady growth in the near future.

In value terms, special vehicle body imports rose rapidly to $X in 2022. In general, imports showed a remarkable increase. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2015 when imports increased by X%. Imports peaked at $X in 2019; afterwards, it flattened through to 2022.

In 2022, China (X units) was the main special vehicle body supplier to Hungary, accounting for a X% share of total imports.
