The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 with an increase of 1,153% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports attained the maximum at $X in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In 2021, France (X units) constituted the largest aircraft tyre supplier to Hungary, accounting for a 52% share of total imports. Moreover, aircraft tyre imports from France exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, the Czech Republic (X units), fourfold.
