The United Arab Emirates, Germany, Spain, the UK, Italy, Hong Kong SAR, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Belgium and Taiwan (Chinese) lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 34%.
From 2012 to 2021, the biggest increases were recorded for Hong Kong SAR (with a CAGR of +58.3%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Malaysia (X units), China (X units) and Italy (X units) were the main suppliers of wooden office furniture imports to India, together accounting for 69% of total imports. Sri Lanka, Finland, the United States, Singapore, Turkey, Germany and the United Arab Emirates lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 20%.

In value terms, the largest wooden office furniture suppliers to India were China ($X), Malaysia ($X) and Italy ($X), together accounting for 70% of total imports. These countries were followed by Singapore, Sri Lanka, Finland, the United States, Turkey, Germany and the United Arab Emirates, which together accounted for a further 19%.
Finland, with a CAGR of +53.1%, recorded the highest growth rate of the value of imports, in terms of the main suppliers over the period under review, while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2021, the average wooden office furniture import price amounted to $X per unit, increasing by 5.9% against the previous year. In general, the import price, however, continues to indicate a abrupt shrinkage. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015 when the average import price increased by 15% against the previous year. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $X per unit. From 2016 to 2021, the average import prices remained at a lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In 2021, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Singapore ($X per unit), while the price for Finland ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
