China (X tons), Bangladesh (X tons) and South Korea (X tons) were the main destinations of cotton yarn exports from Indonesia, together comprising 48% of total exports. Honduras, Japan, Russia, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and the United States lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 36%.
From 2012 to 2022, the biggest increases were recorded for Honduras (with a CAGR of +59.9%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
