Propene Market Size in Indonesia

The Indonesian propene market surged to $X in 2021, picking up by 16% against the previous year. This figure reflects the total revenues of producers and importers (excluding logistics costs, retail marketing costs, and retailers' margins, which will be included in the final consumer price). After two years of growth, supplies from abroad of propene (propylene) decreased by -0.3% to X tons in 2021. In general, imports recorded a deep reduction. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2015 when imports increased by 72% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons. From 2016 to 2021, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.
