Over the period from 2012 to 2022, it increased at an average annual rate of +2.3%. As a result, the export price attained the peak level and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was the United States ($X per ton), while the average price for exports to the Philippines ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.

The third position in this ranking was held by Vietnam (X tons), with a 3.4% share.

The second position in the ranking was held by Malaysia ($X), with an 8.5% share of total imports. It was followed by Vietnam, with a 3.3% share.
From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value from China totaled +12.5%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Malaysia (+13.6% per year) and Vietnam (+14.5% per year).
Import Prices by Country
In 2022, the average import price for candies, sweets, and nonchocolate confectionery amounted to $X per ton, growing by 3.7% against the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2017 when the average import price increased by 25% against the previous year.
