Seat Market Size in Ireland

For the third year in a row, the Irish seat market recorded growth in sales value, which increased by 39% to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, consumption saw prominent growth. As a result, consumption reached the peak level of $X. From 2018 to 2021, the growth of the market failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, seat production rose markedly to $X in 2021 estimated in export price. In 2021, the amount of seats imported into Ireland skyrocketed to X tons, picking up by 20% against the previous year's figure. Overall, imports enjoyed a resilient increase. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2017 when imports increased by 205% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of X tons. From 2018 to 2021, the growth of imports remained at a lower figure.
