For the fourth consecutive year, Israel recorded growth in purchases abroad of mixed condiments, sauses and seasonings, which increased by 16% to X tons in 2022. In general, imports enjoyed buoyant growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of 34% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports attained the peak figure in 2022 and are likely to continue growth in the near future.
In value terms, mixed condiment, sause and seasoning imports soared to $X in 2022. Overall, imports showed a remarkable increase.
