Nitrates Market Size in Israel

In 2021, the Israeli nitrates market was finally on the rise to reach $X for the first time since 2018, thus ending a two-year declining trend. These countries were followed by Jordan, the UK, Ecuador, Spain, the Netherlands, Venezuela, France, India, Australia and Thailand, which together accounted for a further 44%.

From 2012 to 2021, the biggest increases were recorded for Venezuela (with a CAGR of -0.7%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced a decline.

China (X tons), Russia (X tons) and Italy (X tons) were the main suppliers of nitrates imports to Israel, with a combined 78% share of total imports.

From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of purchases, amongst the main suppliers, was attained by Russia (with a CAGR of +407.0%), while imports for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In value terms, Italy ($X), the United States ($X) and China ($X) constituted the largest nitrates suppliers to Israel, with a combined 63% share of total imports.
