Soups Market Size in Israel

The Israeli soups market reduced to $X in 2021, with a decrease of -6.1% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the total consumption indicated a noticeable increase from 2012 to 2021: its value increased at an average annual rate of +2.2% over the last nine years. In 2021, after seven years of growth, there was significant decline in overseas purchases of soups and broths, when their volume decreased by -10.6% to X tons. Overall, imports, however, showed a prominent expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 with an increase of 54% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons, and then contracted in the following year.
