In 2022, glass closure imports into Italy expanded sharply to X tons, picking up by 10% compared with 2021. In general, imports posted a buoyant expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of 53% against the previous year. Imports peaked in 2022 and are expected to retain growth in the near future.

In value terms, glass closure imports skyrocketed to $X in 2022. Overall, imports enjoyed strong growth. As a result, imports attained the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
