South Korea (X tons), the United States (X tons) and China (X tons) were the main destinations of unsaturated acyclic hydrocarbons exports from Japan, together comprising 89% of total exports. These countries were followed by India, Taiwan (Chinese) and Belgium, which together accounted for a further 6.3%.

These countries were followed by Canada, New Zealand, China, Malaysia and Chile, which together accounted for a further 30%.

From 2012 to 2021, the biggest increases were recorded for Malaysia (with a CAGR of +66.7%), while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
