In 2022, after four years of growth, there was significant decline in supplies from abroad of butanal (butyraldehyde, normal isomer) and acyclic aldehydes, without other oxygen function, when their volume decreased by -15.7% to X tons. In general, imports, however, posted modest growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015 with an increase of 182% against the previous year. Imports peaked at X tons in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, imports remained at a lower figure.
