The UK (X tons), the Netherlands (X tons) and Uganda (X tons) were the main destinations of green peas exports from Kenya, together comprising 68% of total exports. France, Tanzania, Germany and South Africa lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 23%.

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 an increase of 39% against the previous year. The export price peaked at $X per ton in 2021, and then fell in the following year.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Germany ($X per ton), while the average price for exports to Uganda ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the UK (+7.6%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, Tanzania (X tons) was the main supplier of green peas to Kenya, with a 100% share of total imports. It was followed by the United Arab Emirates (X kg), with a 0.1% share of total imports.
