Sudan (X tons) was the main destination for veterinary medicine vaccines exports from Kenya, accounting for a 29% share of total exports. Mali, with a CAGR of +60.9%, recorded the highest growth rate of the value of exports, in terms of the main countries of destination over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average veterinary medicine vaccines export price stood at $X per ton in 2021, falling by -7.6% against the previous year. Overall, the export price, however, recorded a buoyant expansion. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2020 an increase of 339%. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $X per ton, and then declined in the following year.

Over the period under review, import price indicated a remarkable increase from 2012 to 2021: its price increased at an average annual rate of +8.8% over the last nine years.
