In 2021, supplies from abroad of cereal germ decreased by -45.1% to X tons, falling for the second year in a row after three years of growth. Over the period under review, imports, however, enjoyed prominent growth. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2015 when imports increased by 385%. Imports peaked at X tons in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2021, imports remained at a lower figure.
