Japan (X tons), the United Arab Emirates (X tons) and the United States (X tons) were the main suppliers of motor vehicle engine imports to Kuwait, with a combined 68% share of total imports. These countries were followed by Germany, Spain and South Korea, which together accounted for a further 6.4%.

From 2012 to 2021, the biggest increases were recorded for Spain (with a CAGR of +63.3%), while purchases for the other leaders experienced a decline.
