Spinach Market Size in Kuwait

In 2022, after two years of growth, there was significant decline in the Kuwaiti spinach market, when its value decreased by -9.6% to $X. In general, consumption saw a noticeable shrinkage. In 2022, the Netherlands (X tons) constituted the largest supplier of spinach to Kuwait, accounting for a 36% share of total imports. Moreover, spinach imports from the Netherlands exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Egypt (X tons), twofold. The third position in this ranking was held by Belgium (X tons), with a 3.1% share.

Overall, import price indicated a prominent increase from 2013 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +6.0% over the last nine years.
