The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, Chile ($X) constitutes the largest market for imported articles of cellulose fibre-cement, not containing asbestos in Latin America and the Caribbean, comprising 27% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Peru ($X), with a 9.3% share of total imports. It was followed by Barbados, with an 8.2% share.
In Chile, imports of articles of cellulose fibre-cement, not containing asbestos increased at an average annual rate of +11.0% over the period from 2012-2022. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: Peru (+20.2% per year) and Barbados (+202.2% per year).
