In 2021, after two years of decline, there was significant growth in purchases abroad of fresh bread and miscellaneous bakery, when their volume increased by 15% to X tons. In general, imports continue to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 when imports increased by 16%. As a result, imports reached the peak of X tons. From 2019 to 2021, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.
