Over the period under review, the import price, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 an increase of 16% against the previous year. Over the period under review, import prices attained the peak figure at $X per unit in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2021, import prices failed to regain momentum.
