In value terms, industrial diamonds imports soared to $X in 2021. In general, imports, however, recorded a deep downturn. The level of import peaked at $X in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2021, imports failed to regain momentum.

Brazil prevails in imports structure, finishing at X tons, which was near X% of total imports in 2021. It was distantly followed by Mexico (X tons), creating a X% share of total imports. The following importers - Peru (X tons), Colombia (X tons), Saint Maarten (Dutch part) (X tons) and Costa Rica (X tons) - together made up X% of total imports.
