From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the key exporting countries, was attained by Guyana (with a CAGR of X%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, Mexico ($X) remains the largest levels supplier in Latin America and the Caribbean, comprising X% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was held by Chile ($X), with a X% share of total exports. It was followed by Brazil, with a X% share.
In Mexico, levels exports expanded at an average annual rate of X% over the period from 2012-2022. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Chile (X% per year) and Brazil (X% per year).

The export price in Latin America and the Caribbean stood at $X per unit in 2022, waning by X% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, showed prominent growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 with an increase of X%. As a result, imports reached the peak of X units. From 2019 to 2022, the growth of imports failed to regain momentum.
In value terms, levels imports plummeted to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, imports, however, showed a perceptible increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of X%. As a result, imports attained the peak of $X, and then declined remarkably in the following year.

It was distantly followed by Chile (X units) and Mexico (X units), together mixing up a X% share of total imports. Guyana (X units) and Uruguay (X units) held a minor share of total imports.
Imports into Brazil increased at an average annual rate of X% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, Guyana (X%), Uruguay (X%) and Chile (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Guyana emerged as the fastest-growing importer imported in Latin America and the Caribbean, with a CAGR of X% from 2012-2022.
