In 2022, Panama (X tons) was the largest exporter of sanitary ware and parts of aluminium, mixing up X% of total exports. Brazil (X tons) took the second position in the ranking, distantly followed by Chile (X tons). All these countries together held approx. X% share of total exports. The following exporters - Peru (X tons) and Guatemala (X tons) - each accounted for a X% share of total exports.

From 2012 to 2022, average annual rates of growth with regard to sanitary alluminium ware exports from Panama stood at X%. At the same time, Guatemala (X%), Peru (X%) and Chile (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Over the period under review, imports attained the peak figure at X tons in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

The import price in Latin America and the Caribbean stood at $X per ton in 2022, picking up by X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price, however, recorded a noticeable contraction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 when the import price increased by X%. The level of import peaked at $X per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.
