From 2019 to 2022, the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Imports peaked at X tons in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, ghee imports dropped remarkably to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, imports continue to indicate a abrupt shrinkage. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 when imports increased by 619% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of $X. From 2019 to 2022, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Lithuania (X tons), Poland (X tons) and the Netherlands (X tons) were the main suppliers of ghee imports to Latvia, with a combined 100% share of total imports.
