In 2022, after two years of growth, there was significant decline in purchases abroad of machines used in the manufacture of linoleum or other floor coverings, when their volume decreased by -5.6% to X units. In general, imports, however, enjoyed a strong expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2013 with an increase of 263%. Imports peaked at X units in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2022, imports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, linoleum manufacturing machine imports totaled $X in 2022. Overall, imports, however, enjoyed a buoyant expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2013 when imports increased by 222% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of $X. From 2014 to 2022, the growth of imports remained at a lower figure.
