In value terms, exports of carnallite, sylvite and other crude natural potassium salts, potassium magnesium sulphate and mixtures of potassic fertilisers fell to $X in 2022. Overall, exports, however, posted a significant expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015 when exports increased by 1,528%. From 2020 to 2022, the growth of imports of remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, imports of carnallite, sylvite and other crude natural potassium salts, potassium magnesium sulphate and mixtures of potassic fertilisers soared to $X in 2022. In general, imports enjoyed a significant expansion. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2019 with an increase of 3,994%. Over the period under review, imports of attained the peak figure in 2022 and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
