The exports peaked at X units in 2021, and then reduced in the following year.

In value terms, plastic sanitary ware exports fell to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, exports, however, showed a remarkable increase. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports attained the peak figure at $X in 2021, and then contracted in the following year.

Exports by Country

Poland (X units), Latvia (X units) and Sweden (X units) were the main destinations of plastic sanitary ware exports from Lithuania, with a combined X% share of total exports. Kazakhstan, Germany, Estonia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Russia, Romania, Denmark, Moldova and Algeria lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further X%.

From 2012 to 2022, the biggest increases were recorded for Moldova (with a CAGR of X%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In value terms, Sweden ($X), Latvia ($X) and Germany ($X) appeared to be the largest markets for plastic sanitary ware exported from Lithuania worldwide, together accounting for X% of total exports. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 an increase of X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the peak figure in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in the near future.

In general, total imports indicated a noticeable expansion from 2012 to 2022: its volume increased at an average annual rate of X% over the last decade.
