In 2021, caviar (sturgeon) imports into Luxembourg soared to X tons, jumping by 29% on 2020. Overall, imports posted a moderate increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 when imports increased by 173% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons. From 2015 to 2021, the growth of imports failed to regain momentum.
