Over the period under review, imports reached the maximum at X tons in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2022, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
In value terms, prisms and mirrors imports shrank modestly to $X in 2022. In general, imports continue to indicate a deep contraction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when imports increased by 29% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of $X. From 2018 to 2022, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

In 2022, China (X tons) constituted the largest prisms and mirrors supplier to Malaysia, with a 73% share of total imports.
