In value terms, balloon and dirigible imports fell markedly to $X in 2022. In general, imports enjoyed a remarkable increase. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2021 when imports increased by X%. As a result, imports attained the peak of $X, and then declined markedly in the following year.
Imports by Country
In 2022, Turkey (X units) represented the largest importer of balloons, dirigibles and other non-powered aircraft, creating X% of total imports. Iraq (X units) ranks second in terms of the total imports with an X% share, followed by the United Arab Emirates (X%), Israel (X%) and Morocco (X%). The following importers - Iran (X units) and Bahrain (X units) - each resulted at a X% share of total imports.
Imports into Turkey decreased at an average annual rate of X% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, Iraq (X%), Morocco (X%), Bahrain (X%) and the United Arab Emirates (X%) displayed positive paces of growth.
