In 2022, the amount of antimony oxides imported in MERCOSUR fell to X tons, waning by -7.4% compared with the previous year. In general, imports saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of 33% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons, and then shrank in the following year.

From 2012 to 2022, the average annual rate of growth in terms of value in Brazil stood at +1.3%. The remaining importing countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Argentina (-3.1% per year) and Colombia (-5.7% per year).
