In value terms, Brazil ($X) remains the largest wood slicing machine supplier in MERCOSUR, comprising 98% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Argentina ($X), with a 0.7% share of total exports.

In Brazil, wood slicing machine exports expanded at an average annual rate of +5.2% over the period from 2012-2021. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Argentina (+63.6% per year) and Chile (+31.3% per year).
