In 2022, after four years of growth, there was decline in the Mexican olive market, when its value decreased by less than 0.1% to $X. In general, consumption, however, enjoyed a strong expansion. Over the period under review, the market hit record highs at $X in 2021, and then reduced modestly in the following year.
