The import price in Middle East and North Africa stood at $X per ton in 2021, surging by X% against the previous year. Over the last nine years, it increased at an average annual rate of +X%. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2018 when the import price increased by X%. The level of import peaked in 2021 and is expected to retain growth in years to come.

Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Morocco ($X per ton), while Kuwait ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
