The level of export peaked at $X in 2007; however, from 2008 to 2018, exports failed to regain the momentum.

Turkey prevails in birds egg exports structure, resulting at X tons, which was approx. X% of total exports in 2018. It was distantly followed by Iran (X tons), achieving an X% share of total exports. The United Arab Emirates (X tons) and Saudi Arabia (X tons) followed a long way behind the leaders.
