After three years of decline, the Middle Eastern braces and garters market increased by 0.2% to $X in 2022. The market value increased at an average annual rate of +1.6% from 2012 to 2022; the trend pattern remained consistent, with somewhat noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. The level of consumption peaked at $X in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2022, consumption remained at a lower figure.

In 2022, Israel (X units) and the United Arab Emirates (X units) were the main importers of braces, suspenders and garters in the Middle East, together amounting to near 52% of total imports. Turkey (X units) ranks next in terms of the total imports with a 12% share, followed by Iraq (8.9%), Bahrain (8.6%), Kuwait (5.6%) and Jordan (4.8%).

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 an increase of 120% against the previous year. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $X per unit. From 2020 to 2022, the import prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Jordan ($X per unit), while Bahrain ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
