At the same time, the United Arab Emirates (+14.0%), Turkey (+8.6%) and Jordan (+1.7%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, the United Arab Emirates emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in the Middle East, with a CAGR of +14.0% from 2012-2021. While the share of Turkey (+5.3 p.p.) and the United Arab Emirates (+4.7 p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the total exports from 2012-2021, the share of Israel (-10.4 p.p.) displayed negative dynamics. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

In value terms, Israel ($X) remains the largest herbicide supplier in the Middle East, comprising 91% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Turkey ($X), with a 5.2% share of total exports. It was followed by Jordan, with a 1.5% share.

In Israel, herbicide exports remained relatively stable over the period from 2012-2021. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Turkey (+10.4% per year) and Jordan (+2.0% per year).
