Spain (X tons) was the main destination for molluscs exports from Morocco, with a 64% share of total exports. In 2021, approx. X tons of molluscs (scallops, mussels, cuttle fish, squid and octopus) were imported into Morocco; rising by 68% on the previous year. In general, imports recorded a buoyant expansion. As a result, imports reached the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
