The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2020 with an increase of 3,622%. The exports peaked at $X in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, the exports remained at a lower figure.

Spain (X kg), Mauritania (X kg) and Azerbaijan (X kg) were the main destinations of pigments, opacifiers and colours exports from Morocco, with a combined 94% share of total exports. The United States and Italy lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 6.2%.

From 2013 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Italy (with a CAGR of +58.1%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
