India (X tons), Malaysia (X tons) and Australia (X tons) were the main destinations of mixed condiment, sause and seasoning exports from Nepal, with a combined 74% share of total exports.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Malaysia (with a CAGR of +77.5%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Imports into Nepal
In 2022, mixed condiment, sause and seasoning imports into Nepal fell to X tons, which is down by -10.6% compared with 2021 figures. Overall, total imports indicated a buoyant increase from 2012 to 2022: its volume increased at an average annual rate of +6.1% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, imports increased by +13.5% against 2020 indices. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 with an increase of 41% against the previous year. Imports peaked at X tons in 2021, and then declined in the following year.

Singapore (X tons), India (X tons) and China (X tons) were the main suppliers of mixed condiment, sause and seasoning imports to Nepal, together comprising 75% of total imports.
From 2012 to 2022, the biggest increases were recorded for Singapore (with a CAGR of +17.0%), while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, the largest mixed condiment, sause and seasoning suppliers to Nepal were Singapore ($X), India ($X) and China ($X), with a combined 80% share of total imports. Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and Bangladesh lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 16%.
