China (X tons) was the main destination for frozen crab and crab meat exports from the Netherlands, accounting for a 48% share of total exports. Imports into the Netherlands
In 2021, the amount of frozen crabs and crabs meat imported into the Netherlands soared to X tons, rising by 42% compared with the year before. Overall, imports enjoyed prominent growth. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 with an increase of 62% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports attained the peak figure in 2021 and are expected to retain growth in the immediate term.
