In 2022, the Dutch dried mushroom market increased by 3.5% to $X, rising for the second year in a row after three years of decline. Overall, consumption, however, recorded a buoyant expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2016 with an increase of 43%. Imports peaked at X tons in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2022, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
