Spain (X units), France (X units) and Germany (X units) were the main destinations of non-household fan exports from the Netherlands, with a combined 39% share of total exports. Belgium, Sweden, Poland, the UK, the United States, Malaysia, Brazil, Italy, the Czech Republic and Hungary lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 44%.

In terms of the main countries of destination, Brazil, with a CAGR of +29.4%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the average non-household fan export price amounted to $X per unit, with an increase of 28% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, saw a noticeable slump. Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the maximum at $X per unit in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was the UK ($X per unit), while the average price for exports to Spain ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Hungary (+7.6%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, supplies from abroad of non-household ventilation fans decreased by -58.3% to X units for the first time since 2019, thus ending a two-year rising trend. In general, imports saw a pronounced decline. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 when imports increased by 34%. As a result, imports attained the peak of X units, and then dropped dramatically in the following year.
In value terms, non-household fan imports dropped markedly to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, imports saw a slight setback. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when imports increased by 21% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports attained the maximum at $X in 2021, and then contracted dramatically in the following year.
Imports by Country
China (X units), Germany (X units) and the Philippines (X units) were the main suppliers of non-household fan imports to the Netherlands, together comprising 57% of total imports.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of purchases, amongst the main suppliers, was attained by the Philippines (with a CAGR of +38.4%), while imports for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In 2022, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Germany ($X per unit), while the price for Hong Kong SAR ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
