Strawberry Market Size in the Netherlands

In value terms, strawberry exports dropped sharply to $X in 2022. In general, exports continue to indicate a slight contraction. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2020 when exports increased by 31% against the previous year. The exports peaked at $X in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, the exports remained at a lower figure.

Germany (X tons), Belgium (X tons) and the UK (X tons) were the main destinations of strawberry exports from the Netherlands, together accounting for 64% of total exports. Norway, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, the Czech Republic, France, Switzerland and Poland lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 29%.
