Over the period under review, imports showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2020 when imports increased by 243%. As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons, and then plummeted in the following year.

In value terms, non-cellular polypropylene film imports dropped sharply to $X in 2021. In general, imports, however, recorded a pronounced increase.
