Sugar Market Size in Northern America

After four years of decline, the North American sugar market increased by 0.2% to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, consumption saw a mild setback. Over the period under review, the market hit record highs at $X in 2016; however, from 2017 to 2021, consumption remained at a lower figure.
