In value terms, soybean oilcake exports rose significantly to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, imports reached the peak figure at X tons in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2021, imports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, soybean oilcake imports shrank markedly to $X in 2021. Overall, imports recorded a abrupt slump. Brazil (X tons), India (X tons) and China (X tons) were the main suppliers of soybean oilcake imports to Norway, together comprising 86% of total imports. These countries were followed by the Netherlands, Denmark and Belgium, which together accounted for a further 13%.
