Over the period under review, imports reached the peak figure at X tons in 2020, and then reduced modestly in the following year.

In value terms, frozen sweet corn imports expanded sharply to $X in 2021. In general, imports, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 with an increase of 17%. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs in 2021 and are expected to retain growth in the near future.

Poland (X tons), Vietnam (X tons) and Sweden (X tons) were the main suppliers of frozen sweet corn imports to Norway, with a combined 88% share of total imports.
