China (X tons), Yemen (X tons) and India (X tons) were the main suppliers of manuka imports to Oman, together comprising 75% of total imports. Australia, Iran, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 19%.

From 2012 to 2022, the biggest increases were recorded for Iran (with a CAGR of +72.5%), while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In value terms, Yemen ($X) constituted the largest supplier of manuka to Oman, comprising 43% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was taken by China ($X), with a 17% share of total imports. It was followed by Australia, with an 11% share.

From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value from Yemen stood at +23.3%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: China (+17.7% per year) and Australia (-2.0% per year).
